For many years, I have worked with organisations to improve the way they do business, whether through technologies, processes, cultural change or strategy development. The common thread to the successes and challenges that all organisations seem to experience is that people and their informal behaviours (social capabilities) are key factors in performance outcomes.

Within our organisation, Avantage Partners Inc., we have worked to build tools to help organisations understand how to evaluate and integrate these capabilities within operational programs and how to recognise what level of maturity is required based on the organisation’s strategic objectives.

We work with our clients to develop these capability sets (communication, collaboration, innovation, alignment, engagemet and trust) and identify areas where operational activities can leverage the collective skills and experiences of the worker population.
